Well, not just yet, but Fifty Shades Darker, the hotly anticipated sequel to the Razzie-winning yet fan-satisfying Fifty Shades of Grey, has finally begun.
Dakota Johnson, 26, and Jamie Dornan, 33, were caught kissing in the rain on the Darker set in Vancouver on Tuesday, Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey's first official day on set together—and it looks as though the turbulent couple have picked up right where they left off...
In more ways than one!
While shooting this scene, the pair obviously shared a kiss and, as soon as it was over, they reportedly burst out laughing. (Which fits in with the playful vibe these two exhibited while doing press for the film, a way of handling the weighty expectations from the Fifty Shades fandom and not getting too uncomfortable while answering question after question about chemistry and sex scenes.)
Ever since the reveal of the release dates for Fifty Shades Darker and the third installment, Fifty Shades Freed, we had been hungrily anticipating some sign of erotic life in universe. So here, finally, is the evidence that Christian and Ana are back and hotter than ever. The thirst is REAL.

Fifty Shades of Grey took in more than $550 million at the worldwide box office, so director James Foley, who took over from Fifty Shades of Grey helmer Sam Taylor-Johnson, has a high bar to meet.
Fifty Shades Darker is due in theaters for your (viewing) pleasure Feb. 10, 2017. Right in time for Valentine's Day, per usual.
