Selena Gomez has never been too shy to speak her mind, especially on social media, and she sure isn't about to start now.

The "Hands to Myself" singer appears to have reached out to her fans in the comments section of her Instagram account after a clip of her singing a Lil Wayne song caused many to jump to conclusions.

In the clip, the former Disney darling is shown singing along to the rapper's song "Single," and fans immediately speculated whether or not the video was aimed at her ex, Justin Bieber.

Can she live? According to screengrabs captured on several of her Tumblr fan sites, Gomez quickly posted her reaction under the comments section.

"That's a joke. I was singing to Lil Wayne. My life isn't about my ex," one comment shows.

And, if those words are in fact her own, Gomez appeared to want her comments to be seen on a much grander scale.

"Please screen shot what my comment was so that people know," another fan site spotted her as saying further down on Instagram. A separate photo showed her account writing, "I want to delete my Instagram. There's no drama. Everyone else creates drama. Including this post."

The screengrabs have yet to be confirmed, but this wouldn't really be the first time that she's gotten candid with her followers on Instagram.

Back in 2014, an Instagram user reportedly said that the actress and singer should "burn in hell with cancer"—the post has since been deleted—and when Gomez noticed the remark, she couldn't remain quiet.

"The comment you left about cancer was absurd. How distasteful of a young woman," Gomez wrote. "I have gone through that battle with fans and family members. You can dislike someone but to wish something that could happen to you or your family is uncalled for sweetheart."

"You won't be winning 'anyone's' heart that way," she added. "Trust me. Educate yourself a tad more. God bless love. Be an amazing woman. You're beautiful." You tell ‘em, Selena!
