The celeb's twins, Max and Emme, just turned 8, and what better way to celebrate than with an exceptionally adorable Instagram shout out?!
Alongside an intimate pic where the Shades of Blue actress is seen wrapping her arms around her little ones while they blow out the candles and make a wish, J.Lo offered a heartfelt message.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE LIGHTS OF MY LIFE," she wrote. "You have brought me nothing but joy and happiness since the very second you were born. I am so proud of who you are and the beautiful loving caring people you are growing into."

The "On the Floor" singer has shared parenting responsibilities with ex-husband Marc Anthony since splitting in 2011. Just last year the friendly Hollywood exes reunited to throw their "coconuts" a birthday party.
