The 47-year-old Australian singer and 28-year-old British actor began dating last fall after meeting on the set of the ABC fantasy-comedy series Galavant, in which he plays the title character. She guest starred as the queen of the Enchanted Forest. The two announced their engagement in the marriages section of the U.K. newspaper The Daily Telegraph Friday.
Minogue and Sasse posted on their Instagram pages a photo of a typewriter with a printed page that reads, "A huge thanks for all of your kind wishes today. Love & Love, J & K,"
Minogue, who found success in the U.S. over the past 27 years with hits such as a cover of "The Loco-Motion" and "Can't Get You Out of My Head," showcased her diamond engagement ring this week at the 2016 NME Awards this week.
