In arguably the most absurd news you'll hear all day, Ryan Reynolds once fell into a dead horse. How's that for a former "Sexiest Man Alive?"

While chit-chatting with James Corden during Wednesday's episode of The Late Late Show, the Deadpool star got on the topic of his penchant for cross-country motorcycle rides. However, there was one trip in particular that had him speeding right back home.

During an adventure from Utah to Jackson Hole, Wyo., Reynolds pulled over on the side of the road to ahem, relieve himself when things quickly went awry.

"There was this God awful stench," he recollected. "I jumped down into this little ravine and I realized as soon as I jumped in there, I jumped into a dead horse like up to my knees."

While you're busy trying to picture such a scenario, Reynolds is still trying to block out the gritty details.

"I didn't even want to get rid of my pants," he said. "I wanted to go to a hospital and have my legs cut off."

While Reynolds was obviously preoccupied at the time, Katie Holmes was still concerned about the actor's bladder.

"Did you pee on the dead horse?" she asked him during the segment.

"I didn't pee!" he exclaimed. "You just suck it up and you step out. That changes you."

While an encounter with a horse carcass is certainly life-changing, Reynold's fitness regimen has also been altered by Corden's homeland.

"You worked out like a British person [for Deadpool]?" Corden quoted a rumor. Was it true?

"For the movie, I tried to train like one tenth of what Hugh Jackman does," he shared. However, when he visited a British gym for the first time, he laid eyes on one move that has changed his entire outlook on physical fitness. Check out the clip above to see the English magic in action.
