Will you accept this bid?

Single fans of The Bachelor franchise who live in New York City were fortunate enough to not have to spend Valentine's Day alone this year as Bachelor in Paradise fan-favorite Ashley Iaconetti teamed with FlockU to host the "Biggest Group Date Ever" viewing party and charity event, during which former male suitors were put up on the auction block. The good news? All of the money raised went to The Pennsylvania State Dance MaraTHON and the fight against pediatric cancer. The bad news? One woman dropped over $5,000 to spend less than an hour with Nick Viall.

Yes, Nick Viall, who made it to the final two during two seasons of The Bachelorette. The first time around, Andi Dorfman chose Josh Murray (who was also up for auction) over him in the final rose ceremony, and then he returned during Kaitlyn Bristowe's season. (She ultimately chose Shawn Booth.)

For those scratching their heads over why someone would drop that amount of cash on a former Bachelorette star, Cosmopolitan actually spoke with the "winner" at the sold out event, where she admitted Nick wasn't even her first choice. (Michael Garofola from Desiree Hartsock's season was, FYI.)

"I wanted Michael because he's an attorney and I wanted to talk about job stuff, but then I didn't get that," she said. "so I figured Nick ... I mean, I only even bought this ticket because I was wasted in my apartment." Sounds like a great way to spend your disposable income, right?

Here are the final bids for all of the eligible bachelors who were up for auction:

Joshua Albers: $700
JJ Lane: $700
Josh Murray: $750
Jared Haibon: $1,150
Ben Zorn: $1,200
Michael Garofola: $5,300
Nick Viall: $5,600

Oh, and in news to make you sigh and say "just date already," Jared bid $750 on Ashley I., most likely making her crush on him even stronger.

How much would you spend to hang out with Nick Viall? Or would you bid on someone else? Sound off in the comments!
