You just witnessed music history, people.

Gwen Stefani just became the first artist to ever shoot a music video on live TV, the artist pouring her heart into "Make Me Like You" for millions to see during the 2016 Grammy Awards tonight.

And yes, it was made even better by the fact that it was clearly inspired by her new relationship with Blake Shelton. Aw, look, she's totally blushing (in our minds...). Gwen confirmed as much (or at least acknowledged the times in which we live) by naming a bar locale in her video "Blake's" and glancing at a tabloid with the headline "Gwen Pregnant With Alien Baby" on the cover.

"Make Me Like You" is the second single off of Stefani's upcoming third solo album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like, due out March 18. The bouncy, pop-radio-ready tune is a starkly peppy contrast to her first single, the mournful "Used to Love You."

But that's what new love will do to you!

Full of costume changes; cutesy, Gwen-look-alike dancers; and retro fun (like roller-skating), the video was vintage Stefani, whose Marilyn Monroe-reminiscent blond glamour-girl curls and garnet-red lips were spot-on as always.

Similar endeavors have been undertaken previously by artists such as Erykah Badu, who Periscoped the recording of her video for "Phone Down" last year, but Stefani is the first to make a live video during a TV broadcast.

And what better platform than the Grammys?! The 46-year-old bombshell is a three-time winner, twice with No Doubt and once for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration with Eve from "Let Me Blow Ya Mind."

Which, as it happens, she managed to do once again just now.
