Three of our favorite, timeless actresses are coming together for what's sure to be the perfect chick flick!

Yes, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston and Kate Hudson star in Mother's Day, directed by Pretty Woman director Garry Marshall.

Much like a few of Marshall's other star-studded films (Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve), the movie weaves together several different characters' stories and how the holiday affects them in different ways. Yahoo! Movies just released the first trailer for the film, giving us some insight on what to expect.

Roberts will play Miranda, a television host who has no children of her own (or so we think), while Aniston will portray Sandy, a recent divorcée with two sons who is looking for love.  Hudson stars as Jesse, a mom who seeks to strengthen her relationship with her own mother. Jason Sudeikis also has a part, playing a "Mr. Mom" type who ends up connecting with Sandy.

The trailer introduces us to all the main characters as well as cameos by several other stars: Timothy Olyphant, Sarah Chalke, Jon Lovitz and Britt Robertson, to name a few.

Mother's Day hits theaters April 29.
