Neilson Barnard/Getty Images for HSUS Rose McGowan has filed from divorce from her husband of nearly three years, Davey Detail (born David Leavitt).
The Charmed actress cited irreconcilable differences as the ultimate reason she and the visual artist (and soon-to-be ex-husband) called it quits, in the paperwork filed in Los Angeles earlier this week.
E! News obtained the court docs, which also shows that McGowan is asking the judge to reject any requests for spousal support from Detail. She also listed their separation date as May 1, 2015—meaning they were together for one year and a half since separating.
The 42-year-old star also notes that the two have appeared to divide their assets outside of court.
Back in October of 2013, the two tied the knot outdoors at the Paramour Mansion in Los Angeles in front of close family and friends.
E! News learned at the time that the nuptials took place on the lawn underneath a chuppah, with the bride wearing a stunning Monique Lhullier gown paired with Neil Lane earrings and a bracelet.
A source spilled that the ceremony was "enchanting and magical" and that the newly named Mr. and Mrs. Detail were married in front of a group of roughly 60 people.
The 2013 wedding was the first marriage for McGowan, and she was previously (and famously) engaged to Marilyn Manson back in 2001.
McGowan also dated director Robert Rodriguez, however, they parted ways in 2009. TMZ first reported the story.
