Kate Middleton has given her first solo television interview since marrying Prince William in 2011.

The Duchess of Cambridge joined a group of elite members of the royal family in giving interviews for a film dedicated to Queen Elizabeth in honor of her upcoming 90th birthday.

The last time Middleton took part in an on-camera interview was in November 2010—the same day her engagement to Prince William was announced. With William by her side, the brunette beauty joined television broadcaster, Tom Bradby, for a much-applauded interview.

Now, after five years of experience taking on royal duties, we're positive Kate will give yet another great performance for the Queen's birthday.

She will be joined in the film by her husband as well as the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and other international figures.

"It's a remarkable story of an extraordinary life which in so many ways reflects the changing face of the nation," said Jo Clinton-Davis, ITV's controller of factual, who co-commissioned the film. "As she reaches her 90th birthday, this film aims to offer a fresh insight into our monarch's life and work."

The film is set to be broadcast sometime in May, shortly after the Queen rings in her birthday on April 21.
