The Olympic swimmer (and his abs and bulge) lent their assistance to Arizona State's mens basketball team last night.
Wearing his 18 gold medals and a Chippendales-style bowtie, Phelps ripped off first his shirt, and then his pants, in Arizona State's "Curtain Of Distraction," causing an Oregon State player to miss two foul shots.
Who wouldn't be distracted by this?!
