The 36-year-old former Playboy model, Girls Next Door star and Las Vegas performer is expecting her second child with husband Pasquale Rotella, 41, her rep confirmed to E! News on Friday.
Madison recently attended the launch of Jennifer Lopez's Las Vegas concert residency at the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino and concealed her tiny bump in a loose-fitting black embellished dress.
Madison is due to give birth in August, according to People magazine, which first reported the news.
She and her husband are parents to daughter Rainbow Aurora, 2.
"She was the first person my husband and I told," Madison told People. "She's rooting for a girl. I think she's going to be a good big sister. She's very caring and she loves playing with her baby dolls and taking care of the pets."
Madison and Rotella wed in Disneyland in Anaheim, California in September 2013, about two years after they began dating and about five years after she and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner broke up. Madison talks about their relationship in her memoir, Down the Rabbit Hole, which is being made into a TV movie.
