Forget the naked dress!

Mesh has come a long way since gym-class pinnies. If you haven't heard, netting has worked its way up the ranks in versatile clothing. Its wide range of styling ability makes it one of a kind. For that reason, it's time you embraced it.

If your wardrobe leans itself in the direction of a girly-girl, go for something with flair. Rita Ora's flouncy polka-dot netting number is a prime example. Go for something with tiers for added flair and don't be afraid to accessorize. Small and dainty accent pieces will add to the outfit without taking the spotlight away from your dress. The best part? Really any footwear will do. Your oxfords are going to look so chic on your morning stroll, but pack a neutral set of pumps for the office.

Looking for a more refined look? Wide netting is the perfect solution. Your dress will no longer seem see-through rather it'll show off the intricate detail you want people to notice. Take a style cue from Lady Gaga and mix up your all-black-everything wardrobe with some vibrant color. That said, feel free to throw a wrench in your monochrome look and pick a different colored shoe or bag to escort you for the night.

After this, you'll be seeing netting in a whole other light. Go ahead and drape yourself in a floor-length gown, then add drama and mystery to your evening look with a stunning headpiece like Alicia Keys. Wear it over your eyes or just above for an element of surprise no one will expect (yet everyone will admire). If you're feeling extra rebellious, throw a leather jacket in the mix for a head-to-toe, rock ‘n' roll vibe.

Proving peek-a-boo skin isn't just for red carpets or nights out on the town, Kendall Jenner makes one fashionable coffee run. Bored with your leggings? Opt for something with netting; it makes for an athletic yet fashion-forward look that will never go out of style. Black is classic, but don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone in a graphic print. For those hot yoga classes, try a cropped fit!

A long-sleeved look is great for winter months, but if you're not ready to put it all away just yet, this is for you. Like Rachel McAdams, flash a stylish bra with just the right amount of coverage underneath your netting and balance it out with something feminine and refined. A pair of high-waisted jeans or skirt would be the perfect match! Not wanting to show that much skin? Swap out the bra with a tank or bandeau.
