The 28-year-old reality star posted a selfie of his face in the early hours of Wednesday morning. In the photo, Kim Kardashian's brother is covering most of his face with a bandana, revealing only his hazel eyes.
As for the caption, Rob opted for just emojis to describe the shot, using two frowning purple devil emojis.
It's a rare moment when the sock designer posts a photo of his face. While we don't know when the shot was actually taken, the rest of the pictures that he had uploaded to his account have been deleted. Could this be Rob's cryptic intention to pave a clean slate for the new year after a month of serious health concerns?
After being released from the hospital in late December after a brief stay, the star has remained out of his family's limelight, but began chronicling a bit of his diet efforts on his Instagram account.
In one photo, which has since been deleted, Rob posted a comical meme of his brother-in-law Kanye West in a bathtub filled with doughnuts, alluding to the fact that he was missing the unhealthy treat.
Though he won't be reuniting with his family on television for the 12th season—mom Kris Jenner told Maria Shriver "he wants to come back and do the show when he's feeling better" —Rob's older sister and cheerleader, Khloe Kardashian recently told E! News that her little brother was already embracing a new mindset.
"I know it's only, what, Jan. 7 or 8, it's only eight days of this year," Khloe said, "but I think I've seen such a great transformation just mentally right now. So, I hope that sticks. Again, it's only been a week, but I hope that sticks and I'm always praying and rooting for Rob."
