Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to honor the memory of our friend ABC Family. She died as she lived: Delivering us addictive and heartwarming programming that's kept us entertained since her inception in 2001.
That's right, friends, the transition to Freeform is finally complete, replacing ABC Family on our cable boxes and in our hearts. (We kid, ABC Family! We'll never truly forget.)
While Freeform will still be airing much of the programming we came to love on ABC Family—beginning with tonight's Pretty Little Liars return—as well as introducing even more shows to obsess over. (We're looking at you, Shadowhunters!) But before we can fully put ABC Family in the past, we thought it best to pay our proper respects.
And who better to help us with that than the network's own stars?
During Freeform's Winter Press Tour day this past Saturday, E! News sat down with stars from several shows on the cable channel, asking them to eulogize their old home. Some of them were funny, some were heartwarming, and some you've just got to see to believe. (Ahem, Lucy Hale.)
