The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was recently photographed in public one month after giving birth to her and Kanye West's second child, son Saint West, on Dec. 5, marking one of her first rare appearances outside her home.
In exclusive pics, Kim is seen with a female friend in an underground parking lot by an elevator leading into an office building, which houses a medical clinic, in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. It is unclear where she was headed specifically. The reality star has had OB/GYN appointments in the city many times over the years. Kim wore a thick black fur coat, black sweatshirt and black pants and kept her hair braided. She seemed to be in a good mood, a source told E! News.
Kim has been keeping a low profile since Saint's birth but has been active on social media.
She appeared in person on her own livestream from home less than two weeks after he was born, in which she stated she planned on wearing her hair in braids while growing it out. Instagram photos posted over the holidays showed she and daughter North West, 2, attended mom Kris Jenner's Christmas Eve 2015 party and also celebrated New Year's with her family.
She also teased on Tuesday that she may join Snapchat, following in little sister Kylie Jenner's footsteps.
