Kristen Stewart is ready to tackle awards season!

After taping an appearance for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the actress immediately traveled to the National Board of Review Gala in New York City Tuesday night.

Wearing a white Chanel gown with short heels, Kristen was more than prepared to present the NBR Freedom of Expression Award to Beats of No Nation's Cary Fukunaga.

Jessica Chastain, Nicholas Hoult, Samuel L. Jackson and Brie Larson were just some of the other famous faces on-hand to also acknowledge the best films of the past year.

The annual gala hosted by NBC's Willie Geist named Mad Max: Fury Road as its best film of the year.

Jennifer Jason Leigh was in attendance to accept the Best Supporting Actress award and received support from The Hateful Eight co-stars Samuel and Walton Goggins.

As for Chastain, she came out to support her movie The Martian, which was named one of the Top 10 Films of the Year. Co-star Matt Damon won the Best Actor award while Ridley Scott won Best Director.

During his speech, Matt thanked Sylvester Stallone and admitted that he and Ben Affleck held out to star in their movie Good Will Hunting because Sly did the same with Rocky years ago.
