While he may have made it onto GQ's annual ranking of the 50 best dressed men in Britain, Prince Harry has already lost his bragging rights to another royal gent close to home—his 94-year old grandfather.

Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth's husband for nearly seven decades, joined his 31-year-old grandson in the fashionable ranks, but there's one slight catch—he surpassed Harry by a whopping 26 spots, coming in at number 12 while his royal relative clocked in at 38.

According to the magazine, "If we look as good as the Queen's consort does when we reach our tenth decade we will be very happy."

Sorry, Harry—we must admit we do see their point. In fact, the Duke of Edinburgh outranked a number of other significantly younger British hotties, including former sexy vampire Robert Pattinson, Golden Globe nominee Idris Elba, Taylor Swift's beau Calvin Harris and 50 Shades of Gray sensation Jamie Dornan. That is some seriously dapper company.

As for the overall champion of the 2015 ranks, Oscar winner star Eddie Redmayne secured the number one spot in this year's list, rounding out another enviable 12 months in Hollywood, including a Golden Globe nomination for his performance in The Danish Girl along with his first child on the way.

Not far behind Redmayne, father and son David Beckham and Romeo Beckham assumed the fourth and eighth positions respectively while One Direction frontman Harry Styles and "Stay With Me" crooner Sam Smith ranked in at sixth and third.

No matter what, Prince Harry, you're still a stud to us—even if your grandpa does have the perfect embarrassing story for every date you bring home until the end of time.
