Kim Kardashian, Instagram, Selfie

Kim Kardashian is feeling very appreciative for her fans and followers.

The 35-year-old reality star hit 38 million followers on Twitter and 55 million on Instagram, and thus decided to show her gratitude with a gift: a sultry, kissy-lip selfie!

"55 MILLION!!!!!!!OMGGGGG!!!!!! LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!" she wrote alongside the sexy pic on Instagram.

But that's not the only gift she had in store for her fans.

Kimmie also announced another new project that will come out tomorrow: her own collection of emojis! Yes the "Kimoji" app is set to be released on Monday, and from the preview, it features a slew of our favorite Kim-inspired moments—including her cry face and her famous belfie—that we will totally be incorporating in our text conversations stat.

Meanwhile, Kim stepped out for the first time Friday since giving birth to Saint West on Dec. 5.

The E! star and her newborn son were joined by big sister North West and daddy Kanye West for a trip to what appeared to be a Los Angeles doctor's office. While no details on their outing have been revealed, we can assume the family took a trip for a routine checkup on baby Saint.

She showed off her post-baby curves in an all-black ensemble with an oversized coat. "The family seemed happy and upbeat. Kim looked great," a source tells E! News.

So what has she been doing in the meantime? "I have just been chilling at home with the baby and being cozy in robes," she dished during a livestream on her app Friday. She also told a fan on Twitter, "I have been loving life, just staying home and not going anywhere."

We're glad to hear she's healthy, happy and enjoying her newborn baby boy!

Stay tuned for an all new Keeping Up With the Kardashians tonight at 9 p.m. only on E!
