Prepare to cross streams.

The first official image from Paul Feig's Ghostbusters reboot has been released, and it has everything you could ever want and more. Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones are prepared for battle with the supernatural, dressed head to toe in the famous uniforms and weaponry.

The highly anticipated reboot hits theaters in 2016 but has faced some backlash given its all-female nature. For those haters who were skeptical about whether this film would be good or not, this image will prove that the four comediennes will do this reboot justice. With Feig at the helm, whose movie, Spy, is nominated for a Golden Globe, we know there will be plenty of laughs to be had. Wiig addressed the controversy earlier this year and admitted it confused her.

"The fact there was so much controversy because we were women was surprising to me," she told the Los Angeles Times. "Some people said some really not nice things about the fact that there were women. It didn't make me mad. It just really bummed me out. We're really honoring those movies."

Feig turned to Twitter at one point to also address the backlash about his casting choice and revealed that one of the original cast members would be returning. "Gang, trying to keep surprises but this is about to leak, so I'll tell you myself: the awesome Sigourney Weaver is going to be in our movie!" he tweeted at the end of his rant.

Chris Hemsworth is also set to appear in the film, taking over Annie Potts' role as the secretary. An image of him onset leaked over the summer and maybe revealed that he might be doing more than solely answering phones.

Original cast members Bill Murray, Dan Akroyd and Ernie Hudson are also slated to make cameos. Sadly Harold Ramis passed away last year and couldn't reunite with his pals.

So, who ya gonna call? Ghostbusters!
