Jennifer Lawrence sometimes works so hard she makes herself sick.

The Golden Globe-nominated actress appeared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert Monday, where she recalled getting sick on the set of Joy in Boston earlier this year. "I got a stomach virus. I was puking and the poor guy—I had to make out with somebody—we were like spinning and I'd start puking and then I'd like do mouth wash and be like, 'Hey, you ready?'" she told host Stephen Colbert with a laugh. "Licking my chops like, 'Ugh, let's do it!'"

In fact, Lawrence often vomits when she's overworked. "I puked yesterday. I'm a puker. I'm a big-time puker. I think I have, like, nervous...I think that I don't stop working, because I'm a show pony. I don't have a choice. So, I just keep going, I think, until eventually my body's just like, 'If we don't make her barf or pass out, she won't stop,'" she said. "I get, like, Lindsay Lohan grade exhaustion, but without any drugs or alcohol. I'm always in bed early, but I'm still tired."

Hopefully Lawrence won't make herself sick on the set of the movie she's co-writing with Amy Schumer and Kim Caramele. Schumer has previously joked that she enjoys being friends with J. Law because the actress is "the ideal hottest version of her," but Lawrence doesn't see it that way. "She keeps writing this in her script, and her sister and I are both like, 'You're not ugly enough and I'm not hot enough to pull these jokes off.' She was like, 'I know I'm gorgeous, but I do it in stand-up and it works.' I'm like, 'I don't think it makes sense," Lawrence said. "She's got a sweet little ass—great tits!"

Earlier in the interview, Colbert complimented Lawrence for her candor, saying, "You're a person who doesn't mind seeming like they're not perfect." She replied, "I don't have a choice."

"Well, you could," the host suggested. "People have like publicists and everything to make sure that nothing comes out."

"Oh, they're trying," Lawrence said with a laugh.

"Are you a nightmare for your publicist?" Colbert asked.

"No! I hope not. I don't think so. No," the Hunger Games star responded. "She's a nightmare! I don't know. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I've been with her since I was 16. We're like sisters."
