Suffice to say, it was not an easy task to break down the top 10 shows of this year, given the gluttony of amazing television spread out across countless networks and platforms, but after much polite deliberation that may or may not have included crying, name-calling and fists of rage, E!'s TV Scoop Team whittled the list down to just 10. And then we ranked them. And we even survived.
