Kim Kardashian isn't shy about sharing the number on the scale.

The E! star gave fans another inside look at her daily life earlier this evening when she decided to hold a live stream of herself cooking with Caitlyn Jenner. "Going live! Christmas decorating & Cooking with Caitlyn on my app now," Kim tweeted, and before you knew it, we were inside the star's home, hanging out in the kitchen with Kim and Caitlyn (who was looking fierce in a black outfit, by the way).

While making some Chicago deep-dish pizza that was sent to them by none other than Giuliana Rancic, Kim, who also shared that the pizza would only be for Caitlyn because she's eating healthier now, revealed her weight near the end of her pregnancy.

The new mom-of-two, who never actually showed herself throughout the live stream, tells Caitlyn that she gained 60 pounds during her pregnancy, something that she has also shared with fans, but revealed that she was 130 pounds when she got pregnant and was 190 pounds at the end. "I almost died," she said.

She continues to add that she was 124 pounds when she got married, so her goal is to lose 70 pounds to reach her ideal weight of 120. As of today, Kim shares that she's lost 17 pounds, thanks to eating healthy and breastfeeding. "You are looking much better," Caitlyn tells Kim, who responds, "I am feeling much better."

The brunette beauty says she will "reveal" herself soon, explaining that  "it's not even about how I look…no makeup and sweats. I know I have been on social media a little bit, but I wanted this time to not have to care or post something about myself."

Additionally, Kim said that her bare baby bump pic that was posted the night before Saint West's birth was done because Caitlyn called her out for only posting skinny pictures of herself throughout her pregnancy, and said she was so uncomfortable and was feeling "so heavy" that night.

Kim also admits that the recovery this time is way harder than it was with North West. "This feels like a really hard recovery but we will get through it. Everyone does it."
