As you are probably already aware, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt's son, Jack, is pretty much the cutest child in the world. But even with a child that precious, mama can't help but make him the butt of her hilarious jokes.

While visiting The Conan O'Brien Show on Wednesday night, Faris dished that she's been giving her 3-year-old acting lessons…mostly for selfish reasons.

"I need a backup plan," she jokingly tells the late night host. "What if Moms gets canceled or something like that?!"

She continues, "I've been trying to teach him some acting lessons… He's 3! [But] I like to be in charge. I want to be a camp counselor. I want to be a teacher. I never got to be an acting coach. I had to resort to being an actor. So anyway, I get wish fulfillment by giving acting lessons."

So Faris figured she'd start with the basics and pull from her own background, using her history in all the Scary Movies to teach him a very important skill: how to act afraid.

"As you know from the classics, Scary Movie 1, 2, 3 and 4, I had to learn how to act scared," she explained. "He's not very advanced, and we've been working on this, so I brought a video."

In the video, Faris tells her towheaded little boy to "do the thing," which was to show the camera how he acts scared after seeing a bug. His attempt is pretty much a miserable fail and it's hilarious and adorable all at the same time.  At the end we can't help but giggle when a disappointed Faris says, "Okay, I think we can do it better." LOL!

Jack is the first child for Pratt and Faris, who welcomed him into the world on Aug. 25, 2012.
