When it looks so nice, she wears it twice!

Kate Middleton, aka Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge visited the Action on Addiction charity's Center for Addiction Treatment Studies in Warminster, England on Thursday, marking her third public appearance in a week. The 33-year-old, a royal patron of the group, wore a gorgeous, teal, over-the-knee, long sleeve Emilia Wickstead dress with a pleated skirt and showcased her new haircut. She paired the look with black pumps.

Kate had worn the same outfit in 2014, during a visit to the Cathedral Church at St. Paul in Dunedin, New Zealand during her and Prince William's three-week tour of the country and neighboring Australia, which had marked their first official trip abroad with their son, Prince George, who is now 2. The couple welcomed their second childPrincess Charlotte, seven months ago.

The duchess, who has often recycled her stylish outfits, has also worn the same Emilia Wickstead dress in pastel pink—also twice, and both times in May 2012, at a pre luncheon reception for sovereign monarchs and guests to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee at Windsor Castle and at a garden party at Buckingham Palace.

Kate had also worn a recycled outfit on Wednesday, when she and William attended a ICAP 23rd annual Charity Day event. She wore a tailored teal shift dress with a matching belted peplum jacket.

The day before, she attended the Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace, wearing a tiara the queen had given to William's late mother, Princess Diana, as a wedding present in 1981.
