On Thursday, a judge ordered the 36-year-old Gotham actress was ordered to pay her estranged husband, father of their 2-year-old son, Julius, $2,693 in monthly child support and $20,349 in spousal support, according to court documents obtained by E! News. That adds up to $23,042 a month, which is to be adjusted to take into account Baccarin's $573 health insurance expense.
She is to continue paying spousal support to Chick for the rest of his life, unless he remarries. The two have another hearing in June 2016.
Chick, a 44-year-old director and screenwriter, filed for divorce from Baccarin in July, three months before it was revealed she is dating her Gotham co-star Ben McKenzie and is pregnant with their child.
The actress and her estranged husband share legal custody of their son and had gotten involved in a bi-coastal battle over physical custody over the child; Chick had changed his mind about co-parenting the boy in New York, where Gotham is filmed, and moved to Los Angeles after learning Baccarin had a boyfriend, court documents had showed.
Baccarin and McKenzie made their first joint celebrity appearance as a couple last week.
