This is one movie trailer you'll definitely want to see.
Zac Efron and Robert De Niro join uncensored forces in a newly released trailer for their upcoming film, Dirty Grandpa.
As the title suggests, the plot revolves around a vulgar grandfather (DeNiro), a former Army general who is newly widowed and has his tight-laced lawyer grandson (Efron) drive him to Florida to be his wingman for a weekend of adult debauchery.
In a unexpected case of serious role reversal (doesn't Efron typically play the party boy?), the 72-year-old gives little care as he urges his engaged grandson to let loose for 48 hours, partaking in sexy time with a much younger Lenore, played by Aubrey Plaza, grinding up against an upside-down woman on the dance floor and advising all in his path to "party until you're pregnant." Always keeping it classy, De Niro.
We haven't seen the Oscar winner this crass since his Goodfellas days and—we must admit—it's quite entertaining.
However, the pinnacle moment of the trailer is not when Plaza writhes around in De Niro's oversized slacks.
Instead, it comes moments before the trailer's end when all gather around to watch Efron's character do the macarena with nothing but a stuffed animal covering his privates while he's high on crack cocaine—definite Academy Award material.
In addition to De Niro, Efron and Plaza, the film is also slated to feature Julianne Hough as Efron's prim and controlling fiancé, as well as Danny Glover and Dermot Mulroney.
One thing is for sure—we won't be taking Mom and Dad with us to see it this holiday season.
The film will debut in theaters on Jan. 22.
