The 31-year-old reality star couldn't prevent herself from slamming Twitter trolls who attempted to call her out for not honoring her wedding vows when it comes to Odom.
After she tweeted about James Harden's basketball game Wednesday night, some users accused her of having two men in her life.
"You can't be with harden and still be married fam, gotta chose one," a Twitter user wrote.
"For better or worse sickness and health till death do them part. I'm with you she needs to pick one or the ou," replied another.

"Divorce is still going forward. Doesn't mean I won't be there through sickness and health. I've proven that," she replied, regarding the last month she's spent by Odom's bedside after her was found unconscious at a Las Vegas brothel.
She added, "You should have said those to the man who went against all our vows. Judge yourself. F—k off."

After taking few moments to thank the fans that were standing up for her and praising her new book, Strong: Looks Better Naked, she decided the medications she was on were causing her to rant.

Khloe has spent the last month beside Odom after he fell into a coma from a drug overdose at a Nevada brothel. Though she called off their divorce in order to focus on his health and helping him recover, she made it clear that they are not getting back together. In fact, she continues to date Harden, who she says has been incredibly understanding and supportive throughout all the chaos.
