Things are a little different in the PenaVega household now that Carlos PenaVega and Alexa PenaVega are no longer competing against each other on Dancing With the Stars.
"My wife, she really wants me to win it. Her getting knocked out last week was tough, so she's like my little cheerleader on the side of the road," Carlos told E! News.
Alexa, best known for her role in the Spy Kids series of flicks and on ABC's Nashville, was shockingly eliminated after receiving two perfect scores during her final night on DWTS with partner Mark Ballas. Now that she's out of the competition and Carlos is still competing with Witney Carson, things at home have changed…in Carlos' favor.
"I'm getting a lot of foot massages," he said. "It's actually really nice."
Is there room for a jealous Witney? You bet. "Maybe you can come over and we can do a little foot massage circle," he joked.
Carlos and Witney are in the finals alongside Nick Carter and Sharn Burgess, Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough and Alek Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold. "I did not think that I would get here," Carlos admitted. And for Witney, getting to the Top 4 with Carlos is particularly special.
"I feel like this season, I've really been taking risks," she told us. "I think that's because of you. I think you pushed me."
