Elizabeth Hurley may have discovered the long sought-after Fountain of Youth.

After just recently turning 50, The Royals' resident seductress shows no signs of slowing down in Hollywood. In fact, she looked better than ever while making the media rounds in promotion of the show's upcoming second season. The hosts of several talk shows, namely Today's Matt Lauer and the ladies of The View, took notice Tuesday, posing some diet and fitness-related questions to the mother of 13-year-old son Damian Charles. She happily obliged to answering their prompts, though her revelations were surprisingly simple and a bit unexpected.

"I have to be careful because I am 50," she told The View's Paula Faris. "I always watch what I eat, but I eat plenty of food."

However, when Michelle Collins pressed her on her secret to staying svelte, particularly as they saw her in a few sexy bikini shots the actress posted to her social media, Hurley did offer up one small secret.

"I don't do all that green juice, I don't do any of that...powders, I don't really take vitamins," she admitted, finally revealing, "I try not to eat too much for dinner."

Collins comically quipped she would give the British star's advice a try starting right that moment.

While her body has seemingly remained untouched by her milestone age, the veteran actress admitted that her brain has had equal problems catching up to her years.

"Naturally, I gracefully accept [turning 50]. I don't really feel mature enough myself. I feel I need to step up now and be more grown up," she told Lauer. When he asked what age she really feels like she is, she responded with "about 14, same as my son. We get along very well."

While she might not be able to pass for 14 years old anymore, the stunner would be hard-pressed to find anyone who would guess she's already lived five decades.
