Berry and her husband were spotted together on Saturday, almost two weeks after she filed for divorce.
The Oscar-winning actress and the French film actor, both 49, were seen inside a vehicle in Woodland Hills in the Los Angeles area on Saturday. Martinez was driving and wore what appeared to be a wedding band. He was photographed without his ring two days after Berry filed for divorce. It is unclear if Berry was wearing one.
The actress filed papers to end their two-year marriage on Oct. 26 and later refiled the documents. A source told E! News Berry and Martinez have "essentially been separated for several months." The two have not commented.
Berry and Martinez, her third husband, met on the set of the movie Dark Tide in 2010. They are parents of 2-year-old son, Maceo. The actress also shares a 7-year-old daughter, Nahla, with ex-husband and Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, 39.
Berry recently made her first red carpet appearance since she filed for divorce from Martinez, appearing at the Spectre: The Black Women of Bond Tribute on Tuesday. She wore a ring that had replaced her wedding ring, which she had lost during a vacation in Mexico. A day later, she stepped out without any ring on her left hand.
