In this exclusive clip from Sunday's DASH Dolls season finale, boss Khloe Kardashian encourages DASH managers Malika Haqq and Khadijah Haqq McCray to fire Melody after she repeatedly missed her shifts and asked the other girls to cover for her because of her modeling career.
The last straw comes when Khadijah tells Khloe that even she had to cover Melody's work shift after a last-minute audition popped up.
"She does this all the time," Khloe says, annoyed. "I already talked to her at the store. I get you're a model, but show some respect."
"Let's use her as an example," Khloe tells the twins. "Bye!"
