The 49-year-old former Bond girl hit the red carpet for her first public event since filing for divorce from husband Olivier Martinez at the Spectre: The Black Women of Bond Tribute on Tuesday. The mom of two looked just as breathtaking as the first time she crept up to shore in an orange bikini in the famous 2002 scene, only this time she was draped in periwinkle blue.
The brunette bombshell posed at the California African American Museum in Los Angeles in the high-collar sleeveless dress, which she paired with a thick arm cuff and sexy black lace-up heels. Her highlighted hair framed her face in beachy waves as she smiled, sporting a subtle peachy makeup look. Instead of her former engagement sparkler, Berry wore a simpler band on her ring finger.
While there may have been trouble in paradise for Berry after more than two years of marriage, her signature grin and warm disposition concealed any signs of post-split strife.
For a true Hollywood blast from the past, Berry joined a bevy of other former Bond ladies on the red carpet, including current Spectre actress Naomie Harris, as well as iconic alums Trina Parks and Gloria Hendry. The women posed together for the photographers, with Berry smiling as she was sandwiched in between them. Fellow screen siren Harris, who portrays Moneypenny for the second time in the upcoming installment of the series, could not help but gush over the Oscar winner, who she met for the first time.
"I've always looked up to Halle Berry. I've always admired and respected her. She's so beautiful and so talented," she told E! News. "It was such an honor to meet her for the first time on the red carpet tonight. It was incredible and she's even more beautiful in person—so stunning and gracious."
Inside the celebration, Berry also had the opportunity to share a few words about her experience as a member of the famed female club.
"I just want to say that I am so proud to stand up here with these gorgeous, talented women—ones that walked before me that paved the way," she said in commemoration. "I have so much respect and am humbled to be here and be reminded like everybody else what you ladies did and the path that you've paved, so that Naomie and I could be here with you. Thank you for the debt that you paid and to be part of the Bond franchise is to be a part of history."
In addition to this public outing, Berry was also spotted out and about on Halloween in exclusive pictures acquired by E! News. In the shots, Berry was dressed as a sexy pirate, rocking fishnet stockings, knee-high boots and a low-cut dress as she smiled from ear to ear while strutting on the sidewalk.
When news broke of the actress' split from her third husband, citing "irreconcilable differences" in official court documents, both Berry and Martinez issued the following statement to E! News.
"It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce," the former couple said. "We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life and we hope that you respect our and, most importantly, our children's privacy as we go through this difficult period."
