The longtime co-hosts are reuniting for the eighth consecutive year tonight when they take on the 2015 CMA Awards in Nashville. There's no doubt that these two country stars have chemistry, after all, it's not their first rodeo, and it seems like they'll be delivering the usual laughs and burns again.
The Ashley Madison hack has already been revealed as a potential source for zingers, and they seem to always pick on Blake Shelton, so perhaps something on the recent headlines surrounding him and ex Miranda Lambert? Or even Gwen Stefani?!
Either way, we can't proceed on to tonight without paying some respect to jokes of CMAs-past. So let's take a look back at 14 of Paisley and Underwood's greatest jokes from the awards show stage...
1. Miley Cyrus vs. Blake Shelton: While referencing "Wrecking Ball," Underwood said, "I gotta say if someone in music today was gonna be caught naked and licking a hammer, I think we all thought it'd be Blake Shelton."
2. Goodbye Taylor Swift: Swifties were having a hard time letting her go when she transitioned from country to pop, including Paisley who exclaimed, "So I'm just gonna say it, President Obama does not care about Postpartum Taylor Swift Disorder."
3. Starbucks or Starstruck?: When Underwood asked her co-host, "Are you a fan of Ariana Grande's?" He hilariously responded, "No I don't drink coffee."
4. Tim and Faith Barbie Investigation: "Hey Brad, do you think these dolls are anatomically correct?" Underwood (understandably asked) about the dolls. "Only one way to find out. Give me Faith." Upon observation, they say, "That cannot be right. There's nothing there. Poor Faith." LOL!
5. Nothing Is Off Limits: They even took a crack at Ebola. "This song goes out to one feisty little nurse in Maine, who's probaby riding her bike right now," Brad said. To the tune of "Jolene," the pair sang, "Quarantine, quarantine, quarantine. Don't ride your bike, please don't infect my man."
6. Size Matters: "All of the great men of country have hosted the show, so I've got some massive—and I mean huge—boots to fill," Paisley said, before looking at Carrie and exclaiming, "And also I believe Dolly [Parton] hosted the show once, so good luck."
7. The Fragrance of Country: "You smell amazing!" Carrie told her co-host. "It's fantastic. It's intoxicating." Paisley responded, "Thank you. I'm wearing McGraw."
8. CMAs Are a Family Dynamic: "We get along on this show. We're like one big, slightly dysfunctional family. It's like George Strait plus eight," Paisley joked.
9. The Temperature Is Rising: "I don't feel well. Can you feel me and tell me if you think I'm hot," Carrie told her co-host.
10. Nothing Wrong With Asking, Right?: "Gwyneth [Paltrow], I have one thing to ask you. Can you get me two Coldplay tickets?" Paisley asked. "Don't be rude. Can you make it four?" Underwood added.
11. The Voice Inspiration Revealed: "You know, Blake doesn't get enough credit. Did you know he came up with the idea for that big hit show he's on?" Brad began. "For years, whenever Blake would sing, people would instantly turn their chairs around."
12. Shake It For Me: "Twerking is a medical term, Carrie," Brad attempted to explain, before he was quickly corrected. "No, no. Twerking is…well, have you ever been to a Luke Bryan concert?"
13. Slick Sub-Joke: The two hosts stated that they would not make fun of Renée Zellweger when there was speculation about changes done to her face. They just went around it. "She could be here. How would we know? She's a master of disguise," Paisley said.
14. Nude Hack Remix: Paisley poked fun at the scandalous celeb nude photo leak by joining Carrie for a little rendition of "Walk the Line"...with a twist. "I keep a close watch on this cloud of mine, I've changed my password twice, but I take naked selfies all the time, I'm scared I'll find they leaked online."
