On Halloween 2015, pregnant Kim Kardashian dressed up as...pregnant Kim Kardashian. More specifically, pregnant Kim Kardashian 1.0.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians knows how to poke fun at herself, as she recycled a colorful maternity look that was criticized by many viewers at the time; a floral print Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci gown she wore to the 2013 Met Gala while pregnant with her and Kanye West's daughter North West, now 2. She again paired the look with matching gloves.

The outfit had sparked a slew of memes, most of which compared her dress to a couch.

"Still fits..." Kim wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo of herself wearing the gown on a red carpet, amid a white backdrop.

"I think I nailed the Kim K costume!" added the reality star, who is pregnant with her and Kanye's second child, a boy.

Meanwhile, Kim recently inspired Kelly Ripa to dress up like her for Halloween as well. The Live With Kelly and Michael co-host debuted a costume parodying the reality star's iconic nude Paper magazine cover.

Kim, Kanye and North spend the evening Trick-or-Treating near their and mom Kris Jenner's neighborhoods, E! News has learned. North was dressed as a ladybug.
