The 22-year-old former 19 Kids and Counting star is due to give birth to her first child with husband Ben Seewald, 20, within days, just after Halloween. She posted a selfie showing her biggest baby bump yet on Instagram on Thursday.
"39 weeks 4 days! Feeling as big as a barn, and soooo ready to meet my baby! #BabySeewald," wrote Jessa, who has posted many baby bump selfies over the past nine months.
She also shared a photo of herself holding a pineapple.
"Haha! So has anyone else tried the 'eating an entire fresh pineapple' thing for helping to bring on labor? Apparently it doesn't work for everyone, 'cause I ate the whole thing yesterday... and still no signs of labor! (Sure was a tasty pineapple tho!) Guess #BabySeewald still wants to camp out in there a little longer!" she wrote. "Patience, Mama, patience... #39weeks5days."
Their child will be the sixth grandchild for her parents Michelle Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar, whose hit TLC reality show 19 Kids and Counting was canceled this summer following eldest son Josh Duggar's molestation scandal, which had addressed past incidents that had involved Jessa and sister Jill Duggar.
Jill, 24, had welcomed her first child, son Israel, with husband Derick Dillard, 26, in April. Her pregnancy was documented on 19 Kids and Counting. Jessa announced hers about two weeks after her nephew was born, a month before Josh's scandal erupted and three months before the show's cancellation. Jessa had said her due date was her and Seewald's first wedding anniversary—Nov. 1.
Jill's family, which has been on a Christian mission in Central America for the past few months, and Jessa's will appear on the new TLC spinoff, Jill & Jessa: Counting On, which is set to debut in December.
