T Maidana/AKM-GSIOlivier Martinez has officially been snapped as a single man.
After Halle Berry refiled for divorce from her husband citing "irreconcilable differences," the 49-year-old was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills.
Driving solo in a vintage BMW, Martinez was captured wearing sunglasses and a gray T-shirt. One thing noticeably missing, however, was his wedding ring on his left hand.
The outing comes after E! News learned what went wrong with Berry and her husband of two years. As they raised their 2-year-old Maceo, the former lovebirds were dealing with issues within their relationship right from the start.
"They had an incredibly passionate bond with one another, but with that comes big highs and lows," a source shared with E! News. "They fell madly in love with one another, but at times, it did feel like everything was against them."
The insider continued, "Whether it was Halle's difficult relationship with [Nahla's father] Gabriel [Aubrey], which caused a huge amount of upset for the two of them, or geographical issues."
Despite the ups and downs, both parties were also clear with how much they loved each other and the family they had created.
"He's silly, a clown and very much the life of the party, which is good for someone like me," Berry once told Instyle when discussing her man. "Danny Downer...been there, done that. Now I like Louie Lightfoot!"
And while Martinez isn't quite as open with his personal life, he once hinted at wanting more children with Berry someday soon. In May 2015, the actor joked to the KTLA Morning News that he didn't want "20 more [babies]—11 would be enough."
