While they remain platonic in real life, Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper have showcased some of the hottest on-air chemistry and cutest red carpet moments, prompting many fans to totally see them as relationship goals.

This, of course, leads to occasional teasing from Howard Stern, who asked the actor about his frequent co-star on his Sirius XM satellite radio show on Wednesday.

"When are you two gonna have sex?" the shock jock asked. "Everyone is waiting for that."

"Never," Cooper replied. "It's just not the way we are together."

The 40-year-old actor and 25-year-old actress played love interests in the films Silver Linings Playbook, which earned Lawrence her first Oscar, and Serena. They also both appeared in the ensemble film American Hustle and are co-stars once more in the new movie Joy, which is set for release on Christmas Day.

Check out four other times Lawrence and Cooper responded to questions about their relationship:

"I could be her father"

In 2013, at the Golden Globes, Cooper was asked by Entertainment Tonight if he and Lawrence were dating.

"Oh my God. That's very funny," Cooper said. "No, my God, no."

"No, no, no, no, no, not even close," he continued. "First of all, I could be her father. No, I'm kidding. But no, not even close."

Cooper's ex-girlfriendSuki Waterhouse, is 23—two years younger than Lawrence. He is currently dating Victoria's Secret model Irina Shayk, 29.

"We've done two movies together," he added. "If it didn't happen by now, it's not going to happen."

When Lawrence was asked about it, she replied, "True. I agree. I concur."

"No sex"

This past March, Lawrence told reporters at a screening of Serena that the secret to her and Cooper's working relationship is "no sex!"

"I forced him to come onto the movie," she added "I mean, any male role is going to make me think of Bradley because in my opinion, he's the best, and I love working with him."

"I respect her so much as a professional, as an actor, and I think she's the best there is," Cooper said. "And I just learn from her. You always want to work with people that are better than you."

Lawrence also revealed that the two rarely disagree on anything and share something in common—they're "two of the biggest eaters in Hollywood."

Seriously, no sex

Also in March, an Entertainment Tonight told the co-stars how much they are like a married couple.

"We bicker all the time and we don't have sex!" Lawrence replied. "If you do, like, enough movies with somebody, everybody's like, 'Oh, well, they're dating, obviously!'"

She also said there are going to be more movies the two make together, "and it's not going to make us date any more."

"You meet somebody and you can tell right away what the dynamic is," Cooper said.

"I hate him"

At the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival, Lawrence crashed Cooper's red carpet interview with Canadian outlet CityTV and was asked if they were in a relationship.

"We're not a couple," she said. "We are not in a relationship. I hate him."
