Welcome to Princess Ariel's world, Jessie J!

The British singer is the latest musician to cover "Part of Your World" from Walt Disney Animation's 1989 classic The Little Mermaid. The song appears on the compilation album We Love Disney, out Oct. 30. It also includes contributions by Ne-Yo (Aladdin's "Friend Like Me"), Kacey Musgraves (Mary Poppins' "Spoonful of Sugar"), Fall Out Boy (The Jungle Book's "I Wan'na Be Like You [The Monkey Song]") and Rascal Flatts and Lucy Hale (Frozen's "Let It Go").

"I selected 'Part of Your World' from Little Mermaid because when I was little, I always loved this song," Jessie J said of choosing the iconic song, "and I always wanted to be able to sing it combing my hair with a fork."

Jessie J isn't the first contemporary artist to put her spin on the song made famous by Jodi Benson in the animated movie musical. In fact, Carly Rae Jepson made a music video for the song in 2013 to promote Little Mermaid Greatest Hits.

Disney Channel star Anna Maria Perez de Taglé also covered the track for Disneymania 7 in 2010. Known for her roles as Ashley Dewitt on Hannah Montana and Ella Pador in Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, Perez de Taglé's version was girly and fit for a princess, natch.

Three years before Perez de Taglé's rendition was released, the young star's Hannah Montana co-star Miley Cyrus gave "Part of Your World" a pop rock makeover as part of Disneymania 5.

Intentional or not, Cyrus' version was akin to pop star Skye Sweetnam's interpretation. The Canadian singer-songwriter gave "Part of Your World" her best shot for Disneymania 3 in 2005.

Last but not least, who could forget Jessica Simpson's performance of "Part of Your World" when the first Disneymania album was released in 2002? The singer so impressed Disney execs that she and her then-husband, Nick Lachey, were asked to cover "A Whole New World" from 1992's Aladdin as part of Disneymania 3 in 2005.
