That was way too fun.

The show has barely ended and we've already rewatched some of tonight's Dancing with the Stars performances. It was "famous dances" night, and nearly everybody kinda killed it, snakes and all.

OK, so the judges did not agree with us that everyone killed it, but perhaps we were so blinded by nostalgia that we didn't notice if anything was not good.

Like, we watched Paula Deen "Vogue" tonight. We don't know what's going on or what strange planet we've landed on, but it's honestly kind of fun here.

We also watched Carlos PenaVega agonize over his religion before completely nailing the Magic Mike "Pony" routine (eventually resulting in the face above from wife Alexa PenaVega, when cohost Leah Remini asked if he's going to church tomorrow), and then American hero Alek Skarlatos finger-gunned through the streets of Los Angeles dressed as Elvis. Best show on TV or best show on TV?

Unfortunately, sometimes even the best nights of Dancing with the Stars have to end with an elimination, and tonight, miss Paula Deen was the one to go.

While we will of course miss Paula's odd remarks and underwear flashing (or not), Paula herself seemed kind of relieved when her elimination was announced.

"I get to see my grandbabies!" she cried. "I've been like a fish outta water for six weeks. It took them a long time to convince me to come do this. It was wonderful. It was worth it."
