Khloe Kardashian's family is back by her side.

Just one day after Lamar Odom woke up from a coma and began breathing on his own, E! News can confirm Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian have landed in Las Vegas and are back for another visit at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. They were also joined by Kendall Jenner who was unable to visit earlier in the week because of prior commitments in London.

E! News has also learned Lamar received a visit from three Los Angeles Clippers basketball players including Blake Griffin earlier in the day.

While some family members have traveled back and forth to Las Vegas to show their support, E! News has learned that Khloe herself has been sleeping in Lamar's room every night and calling the shots to ensure the former Los Angeles Lakers star is getting the best care possible.

In addition, we're told Khloe has the say as to who gets to visit Lamar. The athlete's two children, Destiny and Lamar Odom Jr., as well as their mother, Liza Morales, are just some of the visitors in recent days.

Lamar was admitted to Sunrise Hospitalon Oct. 13 after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel following a drug overdose. On Friday morning, his health took a hopeful turn when he woke up from a coma.

A source told E! News that he told Khloe, "Hey baby." He was also following and comprehending commands and giving the thumbs up and thumbs down when answering professionals.

While doctors won't know the extent of the possible brain damage he had suffered until he is fully awake, many family members are hopeful that progress can only continue.

"Feeling and staying positive," Kylie Jenner wrote on Twitter Saturday afternoon. Kris added, "Come on Lamar!!!! You are such a champion... I know you got this.... #ourfighter #pleasepray #love #thatsmileiseverything."
