One of the most well-known conflicts within Brooks Ayers and Vicki Gunvalson's relationship was the tension between Brooks and Briana.

The Real Housewives of Orange County fans saw the continuous drama between Vicki's boyfriend and her daughter play out on the small screen time and time again, and according to Brooks, it was partially stemmed to problems prior to his arrival.

"Vicki and I dated a year prior to Briana ever meeting me," he told E! News during an exclusive sit-down interview. "She never gave me a chance. And one thing led to another and the first time I met Briana was the very night that she told her mom that she was married, and I think that Briana had some significant issues as a child growing up with some 'Daddy issues.'"

In the most recent season of the Bravo reality show, fans saw Briana and Vicki get into it yet again over Brooks.

Briana made it very clear she wants nothing to do with Brooks and does not want him around her or her kids, so when she returns to Orange County, she reveals she's not going to stay with Vicki. "I'm trying to be nice about it, I'm not going to kick somebody out of their own bed when they have cancer," Briana says after Vicki tries to get her daughter to take the discussion off camera. "Why are you overreacting so bad?"

Vicki didn't want her daughter staying at a hotel when she's in town, but Briana wasn't about to be under the same roof as him. "You moved somebody into your house that I didn't want around my family, so this is where we're at," Briana said. "I'm being respectful by saying I'm not going to kick anybody out of their bed!"
