The High School Musical alum and her hubby welcomed their second child, a bouncing baby girl, into the world on Thursday night, Us Weekly reports.
Their daughter, Lettie Louise, was born at 8:15 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. 9 oz. and measuring 19 3/4 inches.
"Mom and baby are doing great!" Higginson tells the publication. "We couldn't be happier. We are so excited for her to meet her big sister, Zetta Lee."
The actress, 31, announced news of her pregnancy in April after first telling her friends and family on Valentine's Day. She shared an adorable post on Instagram of a chalkboard with the question, "Do you have room in your heart for another one?!"
She captioned the sweet pic, "Here was my big Valentine's Day announcement. We are so excited!!! #herecomesanotherone #babywildcatnumber2."
Stroh is already a mother to 2-year-old Zetta (wearing that cute little pink dress in the photo above) who she welcomed into the world in May 2013.
However, Zetta's entrance was bit more hectic than her younger sister's.
"She made a dramatic entry into this world being almost two weeks overdue," Stroh said at the time in a statement obtained by E! News. "But all is well, and we feel overly blessed to finally have our happy healthy baby girl! I feel I have been afforded the opportunity to do many incredible things in my lifetime, but by far this is the best."
