Kim Kardashian Leaves Las Vegas to Attend Important Pregnancy Appointment in Los Angeles

The Kardashians are starting to leave Las Vegas.

Kim Kardashian returned to Los Angeles Thursday for an "important, pregnancy-related doctor's appointment," a source confirms to E! News. Kim had flown out to Nevada on Tuesday night with sister Khloé Kardashian as she coped with Lamar Odom's health crisis.

Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner, as well as Kylie Jenner, left for Los Angeles with Kim, while Khloé stayed behind to be by her husband's side. Many members of the Kardashian-Jenner family have visited Lamar in the hospital, as has Lamar's father and children, and many others have sent well-wishes and prayers via social media. From his former teammates to his "brother" Rob Kardashian, everyone is praying for the former Los Angeles Lakers player since he was found unconscious Tuesday.

As of Thursday morning, Lamar's condition was "no better, no worse" than Wednesday, a source inside the hospital told E! News.

"Nothing's changed," the source added. "Everyone is praying for a miracle."

Even though nothing has changed, Lamar's condition "remains critical." He isn't breathing on is own, instead relying on the help of a ventilator. The source added that while he remains in a coma, doctors have said that it could be a "long term process" for him to wake up, should he emerge from it at all.

Lamar was first taken to a hospital in Pahrump, Nev., where he was intubated before being transferred to Sunrise Hospital in Vegas, where a source told E! News that doctors found drugs in his system. 

The source also said that he suffered a "loss of oxygen," resulting in what appears to be an "ischemic stroke" caused by a blood clot preventing blood flow to the brain.

"Likely there's brain damage, but they're not sure how much," the source added. "Virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system."

While everyone traveled to Las Vegas, Kanye West stayed behind to take care of North West and Kourtney's three children. Although he had his hands full for a little while, Kim and Kourtney will be around to lend a helping hand.
