We'll tell you what we want, what we really, really want…Backstreet's back, alright!

That's just one of the many mashups we would expect to hear when two ‘90s icons come together to make musical babies. And before you start calling us crazy and asking us if we need a ride back to the loony bin, you should know that a Backstreet Boys-Spice Girls tour might actually be a reality.

AJ McLean recently told Rolling Stone that the boyband has been flirting with the idea of touring with the girl group for a while now.

"The Spice Girls tour has been this idea bouncing around for the past year and a half, and it's something we're still talking about," he said.

And then Nick Carter dropped this nudge to Melanie Brown (Mel B., obvs) on Twitter:

"What do you say @OfficialMelB #backstreetboysspidegirlstour could be epic!" he tweeted, just adding some boyband fuel to the fire.

AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell on the same stage as Scary Spice, Sporty Spice, Baby Spice, Ginger Spice and Posh Spice?! Be still our '90s-loving heart.

You kids can have your Justin Biebers and One Directions. We'll be over here completely losing our chill like the rest of the BSB-Spice Girl fanbase on Twitter:

There is probably only one other combination that would straight up kill '90s kids on the spot: 'NSYNC-Britney Spears reunion tour. Like, if that actually happened, not a single human who grew up in or loved the '90s/early 2000s would be alive. We would all just drop dead from all the nostalgia instantly. But it would be so worth it!
