The country crooner returned from a trip to Canada today and was smacked straight in the face by tabloid upon tabloid claiming an array of rumors—amoung them, that he's dating his Voice co-coach Gwen Stefani.
However, rather than getting riled up over the news, he decided to poke fun of it, going on a massive Twitter spree laughing at all the speculation surrounding him.
He kicked it off by joking, "The stuff I read about myself blows my mind. Shouldn't I get to do all these things since I'm already accused of them? #doublejeopardy."
He continued:
I literally just got back from FAR northern Quebec chasing caribou and now read about all the crazy stuff I've been doing lately?!! #WTF?!

? Blake Shelton (@blakeshelton) October 7, 2015One fan commented that the rumors and speculation are all part of "being a celebrity." Shelton, however, doesn't agree, saying he's a "country singer" not a celebrity.
Finally, he ends the hour-long rant on a high note, making fun of himself when one person asks if he spent time in Alaska and ended up "dating an Eskimo."

? Blake Shelton (@blakeshelton) October 7, 2015Meanwhile, all the rumors come on the heels of the news that Shelton and his wife of four years, Miranda Lambert, have decided to split.
The couple announced their divorce in July, much to the public's surprise. "This is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately," Shelton and Lambert said in a statement at the time. "We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."
Since the announcement, both Shelton and Lambert have been pretty vocal about the split.
Shelton has lost a ton of weight and opened up earlier this week saying he's doing better in the weeks following the breakup.
"I'm in a good place," he said in an interview on CMT Hot 20 Countdown. "I wasn't but I am now. It's amazing how quickly life can turn around for you. I've had some pretty cool things in recent times that've happened and I'm loving it."
Lambert, on the other hand, has also been doing her own thing. She recently got a star on Nashville's Music City Walk of fame, adopted a new kitten and even dyed her hair platinum blonde.
Looks like both are moving on in stride.
