The ballroom will be a little less funny on Dancing with the Stars this week.

Host Tom Bergeron revealed on Twitter that he will be missing Monday night's show to be with his sick father, with former Dancing With the Stars champion and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribeiro set to fill in for him and co-host with Erin Andrews.

"I'll miss 2morrow's #dwts to be at my Dad's bedside. He's given me a lifetime of support. Time to return the favor," Bergeron wrote on Sunday, also posting an old photo featuring his father.

The fan-favorite host continued, "I'm on a plane reading all of your lovely tweets which I'll share with my Dad. They are deeply appreciated. Thank you."

Season 19 champ Ribeiro returned to DWTS last week as a guest judge, and recently replaced Bergeron, 60, as the host of America's Funniest Home Videos

"I will be filling in for @tombergeron tomorrow night on @dancingabc," Ribeiro wrote on Instagram Sunday night. "I will be there with a heavy heart for my friend Tom and the Bergeron family."

After his stint as a guest-judge, Ribeiro chatted with E! News about returning to the show, telling us, "I'm having a blast doing it. The show feels fresh, it feels new again."

DWTS airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
