When you're a worldwide pop star as famous as Katy Perry, it's not always easy to remember your fans, but something tell us the "Roar" singer won't forget this one any time soon…

During her performance at the Rock in Rio festival in Rio de Janeiro over the weekend, Perry invited one of her Katy Cats onstage, and things got a little out of hand.

As soon as the fan—clad in a happy-face bustier top and teeny, tiny shorts—gets on stage, you can see she appears to be a bit dazed. She immediately runs to the singer, embraces her and begins kissing her cheek, eventually moving down to her neck, and won't let go.

"She's kissing my neck!" Perry exclaimed to the crowd.

When asked, the fan is barely able to make out her own name before going back to hugging the singer and resting her face on her chest.

"We might need that water back. We need some water," Perry joked before adding later, "I think she's rolling!"

The fan went on unaffected and continued to grope Perry, even going as far as grabbing one of her boobs!  However, the singer didn't seem too worried about it, keeping the spaced-out girl on stage long enough to learn some words in Portuguese—like "hello" and "pizza"—and take a selfie.

After Perry finally had enough and sends the fan off stage, she tells the crowd, "Not my first and won't be my last," referencing the strange interaction.

Speaking of getting high, the "Dark Horse" crooner might have had too many coca leaves (which are intended to help with altitude sickness) when she spent some time at Machu Picchu last week.

She shared a hilarious video playing a pan flute along to Jason Derulo's "Wiggle" with a lengthy caption that read: "Yesterday at 6am I started climbing that huge mountain you see in all the Machu Picchu pictures called Wayna Picchu. Before I left for my 4 hour journey the hotel kindly gave me a pan flute to entertain my fellow adventurers along the way."

"When I got to the absolute highest peak of the mountain something came over me, possessed me, and woke inside of me my truest calling..." she continued of the video before adding the hashtag #musthavebeenthecocaleaves.

LOL!
