Either Donald Trump really didn't think this one through or he knew exactly what was going to happen and welcomed the heckling. It's probably a little bit from column A, a little bit from column B.

The Republican presidential hopeful who is fresh off a debate where he insulted another candidate's looks to his face on live TV hosted a live Q&A on Monday, and he asked Twitter for questions using the hashtag #AskTrump. The only queries he received were relevant to his platforms and were very, very polite.

Just kidding, it immediately backfired and Twitter went to town on Mr. Trump. His racist comments on immigration, his hair "style" and his general attitude toward females...nothing was off the table. Trump should have known better, or he's just a very, very brave man for allowing the floodgates to open. Either way, Twitter was very entertaining today.

Apparently Donald Trump had a "great time" doing the Q&A, according to this photo he tweeted:

He might be smiling through the tears.
