However, she wants you to know that she has not forgotten about her lifelong posse.
"We really like each other, but I think the media blew it up," Schumer told me yesterday at the Emmys. "We're not BFFs. We're just Fs, but we're really good Fs.
"I have BFFs since I was 8 years old so it'll be tough to uproot them," the Trainwreck star said.
Schumer did give an update on the movie that she and her sister Kim Caramele wrote with the Oscar winner. She said they're hoping to start shooting in February 2017.
Schumer also gushed about meeting Orphan Black star Tatiana Maslany. "I live for her," Schumer said. "She's not only an amazing actor but you could just see when someone's that powerful the kind of person they are. I feel like the two of us will change s--t and be strong female activists together."
Maslany also shared her feelings for Schumer when I chatted with her on Saturday at the BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party at the SLS Hotel.
"I love her," Maslany said. "I just think she's brave and smart and not scared to be smart and not scared to put herself out there and be really vulnerable.
"People think she's crass," she continued. "I don't think she's crass. I think she's saying what we all think. She's just saying it loud. I think there's something really vulnerable about doing that and yet she's rising up constantly."
